Billdu & Webnode

This Schedule governs the Billdu service provided via our group company, Webnode AG
(“Webnode”).

1. Definitions
In this Schedule:
a. "Service(s)" means the services provided by Billdu and available for purchase
directly from Webnode. The Services offered via Webnode may vary from the
products specified in our Terms of Use.

2. Initial Service support will be provided by Billdu through the app.

3. Use of the Services
The Services provided via Webnode have the following differences from the standard
services set out in the Billdu Terms of Use and on the Billdu website:
a. There is no free trial available for the Service.
b. The minimum amount of time that the Service may be purchased for is one year.
c. There is no option to downgrade the Service once purchased.
d. The features/specification of the Service provided via Webnode may differ from
the products offered on the Billdu website/in the Terms of Use. The features of
the Services will be displayed on Webnode’s website prior to purchase.

4. Agreement
a. By using the Services, customers purchasing the Service from Webnode agree to
the Billdu Terms of Use which include, but are not limited to, the terms governing
privacy and the processing of data.
b. We shall not in any case be responsible for, without limitation, any claim,
liability, damage, recourse, cost, fee, penalty or issue which should arise as a
result of you purchasing or implementing the Services on your website(s).
c. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the use of the Service does not violate
any laws, regulations or the rights of third parties.
